What areas do you cover?
We cover London and the South East, but the SEH Group, of which we are a part of, covers Hertfordshire, East Anglia, South East, London and the South including Kent and Sussex.
Do you make your own products?
Yes, all of our products are made in our state-of-the-art 22,000 sq. ft. factory with highly rigorous manufacturing standards. You can rest assured that when you order any home improvement from us it will fit perfectly.
How long have you been trading?

What accreditations do you have?
A&B Asset are members of the GGF (Glass and Glazing Federation) who are a respected and well-known organisation committed ensuring it’s members perform to the highest standard.
We, A&B Asset, are affiliated to the Government endorsed TrustMark Scheme, which gives customer confidence with proven codes of practice in health & safety, customer care, quality of work, trading practices and customer care.
A&B Asset are also regulated by FENSA (Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme). All windows and doors must comply with FENSA thermal performance standards and regulations.

Can you provide bi-fold doors?

Yes, we can.
Are your installers qualified?
Many of our installers have actually been with us for over 20 years. A prerequisite is that they are NVQ2 qualified and work within the stringent standards and guidelines also laid out by BSI.
Do you only use your own surveyors?
Yes, we only use our own surveyors. Each of our surveyors are trained to the highest standard and can plan for any home improvement, from the simplest of roofing to the most complicated bespoke house extensions.
Do you take on commercial projects?

Do you comply with energy saving regulations?
Yes, we take every effort in ensuring each product we build complies with these standards.
Do you comply with all existing and forthcoming building regulations?
